Obviously Bubba wasn’t working that day or he would have never sent that airplane full of passengers in the air like this. Looks like someone took a bite out of the wing and was so proud they wrote “We know about this”. If you know about it then FIX IT!

I could be mistaken, but that looks like a flap instead of an aileron. In that case, it wouldn’t make much of a difference in the lift or control of the plane. Better to fix it to put the passengers at ease than anything.
That actually *IS* fixed. It’s called blending.
the airline released a statement on this. they would be investigating the incident. that while the plane was perfectly safe to fly, the comment was inappropriate.
